IT Services Account Manager - Uxbridge -
£35-38k Base OTE c£50-55k plus Car Allowance

Reporting to the Director, Client Management Key Responsibilities include:
+ Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring you have an in-depth understanding of the financial status of your portfolio including individual value, billing and contract renewal to retain your portfolio of clients and to establish a renewal rate of 100% on Contracts and 80% on Vouchers.
+ Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular client management which will include regular face to face meetings, telephone and email communication.
+ You will effectively interact with other departments including the sales team when handling new clients ensuring you are briefed fully and correctly in all aspects to the point of Client Manager handover"
+ You will also interact closely with the Operations Department, to gather, monitor and analyse performance data and ongoing strategy throughout term the client is in partnership with the business
+ Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports to each client and establishing individual requirements whereby each client receives a bespoke service
+ Ensure account files (electronic/documents) for each client are updated ongoing with all current and relevant information concerning the client, from the point of handover from the New Business Sales Department
+ Actively seeking to increase the services offered to your portfolio of clients and increase the income generated in conjunction with the up-sell and cross-sell of services and products offered by the business.
+ Responding to requests from the Director of Client Management in an efficient and timely mannerEssential Experience and/or Qualifications:
+ Minimum three years experience in Client management
+ Experience of managing accounts and relationships for multiple clients
+ Experience of presenting to clients at a senior management level
+ A good understanding of what it takes to maintain and develop the most productive client relationships
+ Must be able to quickly understand the client, their products and their industry
+ Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
+ Ability to analyse results, identify and explain any variance from targets
+ An ability to present bespoke proposals (with support from senior managers) that meet client needs
+ Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite
