UK - £75-85k Base plus OTE


Growing organisation is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager for the UK to drive Enterprise sales from new and existing customers in the Software Development Life-cycle space.  This individual contributor must be a proven sales executive demonstrating an ability to develop long lasting strategic relationships at a senior level within enterprises resulting in exceeding quota by selling complex solutions. The Enterprise Account Manager will report to the Regional Sales Director and will work closely with sales engineering, customer success and field marketing.

You will be responsible for sales of the Software products and services in a pre-defined territory in the UK.

  • To identify, qualify and close new opportunities.
  • To leverage marketing programs to generate new opportunities, develop existing ones, generate growth and strengthen customer relationships.
  • To drive campaigns to meet or exceed pre-defined business targets.
  • To align with all company resources - Finance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, R&D and Executive Management to drive successful campaigns and to work in alignment with Corporate Policies and Guidelines
  • To develop strategies supporting company short and long term revenue goals including; high level relationship development with Customer Key Executives, solution selling, competitive displacements.
  • To act with a strong team spirit, contributing to overall team success.

 Key Skills:  

  • Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and the challenges that software engineers, managers, and executives face on a daily basis.
  • Good understanding of Quality Analysis and Security Analysis technologies 
  • Proven sales track record with minimum 5+ years of related experience
  • Demonstrated leadership
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, at all levels of management.
  • Self-motivated Team-Player - capable to work independently and in collaborative mode to resolve a wide range of challenges in creative ways
